i'm not really sure what the technical name for it is. all i know is him and his bro would go pick up the bodies and take them back to the morgue. he isn't like a medical examiner or whatever.

i think thats what the show is meant for, so you are able to see both sides of the situation not just the victim.

he killed the brother, and the 6 ppl, who was his family, killed 6 of his family, injured another 3

I think he ran out of bullets and had to use a knife, which is why the other 3 lived

one was a 9 year old kid, who IDed his uncle as stabbing him in the chest

it doesn't matter, even if you snitch on him by putting yourself at the scene you will still get the same charge as the shooter, especially in the robbery scenario committing a felony and a murder resulting = capital murder which is automatic life without parole.

Puttin' a scenario as theory don't equal to what would even happen in real life. You could say all day you wouldn't snitch or turn state's evidence, but when it really happens, it's a different story. Cops, especially HOMICIDE detectives, are always about 'solving' a theory as to what happened. Their 'theory' is backed by a number (percentage or quota, how ever you want to define it). This number decides whether they'll still have a job or not. SO, when the case isn't clear cut, that 'theory' they come up with can be backed by a number, rather than solving the murder of a human being. I don't agree with any of the techniques that HOMICIDE detectives use in modern day society. They pressure and twisted SO many things, that by the time you're leaving their office, you'd think what they're saying is true. When in all actuality, it's part of their designed scheme to get to THEIR answer, not always the right answer.
AND, I know that there are some cops that are truly ethically driven and want to help the deceased/family of the deceased, but when all you've come across is crooked liars with a badge, then your perception is gonna be skewed. The equivalent is like saying there's a model type chick, 36 DD -24- 42 that's a virgin, but until you've come across them, you ain't gonna believe that they out there.
The show is cool though. I've been watching since it first came out. There's a show that does 3D analysis of crime scenes, with the drama of the real life occurrences called CRIME 360. Check that out too.

That's what I'm saying about the cops though...it shouldn't be that you cannot 'talk' to them without a lawyer. You should be able to discuss things with them, without fear of them coming back and charging you with a case.
I know of a story, that is close to my heart, where someone was being looked at in the disappearance of their mother. Cops twisted the story, so many times, even though the person they were looking at DIDN'T have a lawyer at any moment, cuz he didn't have anything to hide. That was almost 2 years ago...we've been through one trial (a mistrial) and are now approaching the second. COPS AND THE DA gave FULL immunity to the person, who ALL PHYSICAL EVIDENCE would suggest did this, and this person's "TESTIMONY" has changed on the stand 3 times (to police, this person's story has changed over 30 times). The person that's being charged and tried, has not changed his story. THIS IS WHY I don't believe in any law enforcement or DA.

I quite doin' shit that could get someone else in trouble. IF I were to get caught up, I am fully responsible for my own actions. I won't do time for someone, but I won't snitch neither. I've evoked the fifth before. Not hard to do. I have these Crimes Against Persons and the DA of El Paso County afraid to speak to me about the incident I mentioned above. Yes, they literally said they were afraid to speak to me (why? I have no clue). Apparently, I'm not a clone and do not take lightly what they twist stories to be. I also am educated, do not have a Spanish accent, and definitely am not afraid of what they can do to me. The worst I've done to them is include them in a verse. Before I edited it, the original, which was a written verse to my cuz (which they see every letter), had their names, family members names, and certain things about them that I know about them. The last line of the song is "in fact you'll all be gone, if I left ya name on this song". I traded out references instead of actual name dropping.
The DA could hate me cuz I fucked his daughter. Me and him have had issues since I was in high school. My dad was his yayo dealer back in the day (before I was born). He essentially hates the shit outta my family. And this was BEFORE this particular case came about.

It's about 800k...but, there's easily more than a million people here. They don't count Fort Bliss or the close areas that are blocks from the City Limits (Socorro, Clint, Horizon, San Eli, Chaparal, Canutillo, etc.). But, with Juarez right across the border, there's easily about 4 million people in the region.
But yeah, THE WHOLE CITY corrupt. Don't take my word for it. You can google all the city reps that are getting prison time for their corrupt activities. And, they all tie into together, so it's only a matter of time before the FEDS crash down on the EPPD and DA's office.
