    all you need to know is biceps don't make your arms bigger

    so if you want bigger arms work your triceps more

    bigger triceps makes your whole arm look bigger

    as far as chest goes...don't limit yourself to bench press...do flies, incline press, decline, explosive pushup on a decline

    train it in every plain of motion to cancel out imbalances and in turn promote even growth

    and Dumbbell bench press is 100 times better than barbell bench press and it will also keep your right and your left pec even strength wise and also cancel out imbalances
