This CD pits The Culprit and one of his long standing partners in crime & rhyme, Mossberg, against various instrumentals ranging from mainstream Hiphop beats all the way to instrumentals a little more obscure, such as the track Wander which is laced over a Portishead instrumental, which you can stream here: http://www.zshare.net/audio/643939537b9a2ec6/ . This one, just a bunch of shenanigans really…don’t get it twisted though, these guys are coming hard on this whole CD, which is currently 80% finished. Release date is January 30th.

Phylum Entertainment & IA Present…The Culprit: Glimpse of Life



Glimpse of Life is currently in production…as of right now…it’s approximately 85% finished. Many of the stellar tracks already laced for this are going to be bumped of of the track list by better songs. I haven’t heard the songs that are unrecorded, but I have heard the tracks that WON’T make the cut…and needless to say, if these are the tracks that are getting bumped off of the track list, then they must be pretty fuckin’ amazing. We’ll see, I have complete faith that this will be a classic of epic proportions. The track titled Do You Believe has been selected as the first video…should be interesting to see how that goes over, provided it’s complete lack of “jiggin’” “steppin’” “leanin’” “rockin’” or various other adjectives that seem to make songs popular these days.
