I went to the gym and the trainer had me doing crazy shit... not even lying I don’t think I’ve ever been so sore I can’t even sit down fast I have to sit all slow and shit. I always trained myself honestly through youtube workouts lol and I always did massive stretching before and after and I gradually got into shape....I don’t think trainers are that important honestly.....cuz this shit is painful and never this painful.
