I'm no expert but i think mono block amps are strictly for bass
your stereo won't be able to push 6 6x9's to their potential... i think you're gonna need a 4 channel amp for mids and highs..
Don't quote me on that, I could be wrong.. wait for someone else to answer your question lol

If no outputs then you'll need a amp built specifically for mids and highs. Which would sound the best for what your lookin for.
ah this the amp

You're better off getting a 4 channel amp. The load will be too low for that amp, even if it says it's 1 ohm stable I seriously doubt it is.
Pretty much the point I was trying to make , I shoulda been more direct lol.Junebug713 wrote:You're better off getting a 4 channel amp. The load will be too low for that amp, even if it says it's 1 ohm stable I seriously doubt it is.
I can run cabin speakers and/or subs off my Kenwood mono block but the ohm load is too low unless I run series to parallel to raise then lower the ohm load.
Example: 4-6*9's , run two at series then them parallel to the amp and if they was 4ohm, at the amp it will give you 4ohms. (Correct???)
4ohm+4ohm/series = 8ohm
8ohm+8ohm/parallel = 4ohm
It's been a while but if I remember correctly this equation is true.

Sorry I don't have a link for you, maybe try sonic electronics.
As for wattage just combine the rms ratings for the speakers and find a amp with similar ratings. A good Kenwood , Alpine , Rockford fosgate ect.. will sound nice with what you got and use your mono block for a good sub/subs.
That's what I would do.
