Not sure how to copy the text but you could just take a screenshot of your screen if you can't figure anything else out

are you saying you want to copy the folder name & paste it in a text file?
cuze that's easy:

right click>rename (to expose/highlight text)
right click>copy (to copy text)
right click>paste (to paste text in txt file)

but of course your going to have to do that for every single folder of your 250GBs.
i would say it's easier to just take screenshots.
